By subscribing to our Premium service, you agree to comply with the following terms, which outline the usage, rights, and responsibilities regarding the content you download during your subscription period. These terms are effective upon payment of your subscription and remain in effect for the duration of your subscription.

1. License Scope

1.1. Downloads and Usage

All content you download during your active subscription is covered by our Premium License, which allows usage for both physical and digital products. The license does not extend to any content that was not downloaded during your subscription or any content downloaded after your subscription ends. Continued access to the licensed content and the terms of use depend on an active subscription.

1.2. Physical Products

You are granted the right to use downloaded content for creating and selling physical products. The following rules apply:

• You may use the content for unlimited physical product sales, with or without design modifications, provided the products are produced during the active subscription.
• You may continue to sell the physical products made during the subscription after it ends, but you may not create new products or modify designs once the subscription has expired.
• No resale of digital designs or bulk distribution of physical products through third parties is allowed.

1.3. Digital Products

You are allowed to use digital files for creating both physical and digital products:

• You can sell both modified and unmodified products created during the active subscription.
• Print on Demand (POD) services are allowed with modifications (Basic POD) or without modifications (Full POD), as long as the products comply with local regulations.
• Redistribution of original digital files to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• After your subscription ends, you may not create new digital or physical products using the previously downloaded files, but you can continue selling pre-existing products created during your active subscription.

1.4. Editorial Content

If a product is marked as "Editorial Use Only," it may only be used for non-commercial purposes, such as news, criticism, or journalistic works. The following restrictions apply:

• Editorial content may not be used in advertisements, marketing, or promotional materials.
• Any editorial use requires proper source attribution.
• Commercial use of editorial content is strictly prohibited.

2. Rights and Restrictions

2.1. Redistribution and Resale

You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any of the digital files you download. This applies to both modified and unmodified versions of the files. Any violation of this term will result in immediate termination of your subscription and may lead to further legal action.

2.2. Content Use After Subscription Ends

Once your subscription ends, your access to the files in the Premium collection will cease. However, you may continue to use and sell products created during your active subscription, subject to the following restrictions:

• No new physical or digital products may be created from the downloaded designs.
• For Full POD services, users must make modifications to the original designs if they wish to continue selling products post-subscription.

3. Content Removal and Legal Compliance

3.1. Content Removal

Vectorency reserves the right to remove any content from its platform at any time, including content you have previously downloaded. Should a piece of content be removed due to a third-party claim, copyright issue, or any other reason, you will be required to cease all use of the affected content immediately. This may involve deleting copies and ensuring that any distributors, customers, or partners do the same. Vectorency will provide notice via email or your account dashboard.

3.2. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Vectorency content complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Vectorency is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your use of the content in a way that violates these laws.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1. Automatic Renewal

Your Premium subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for unused portions of the subscription period will not be provided.

4.2. Subscription Termination

Vectorency reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for violations of these terms, misuse of content, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Vectorency. Upon termination, your rights to the downloaded content will remain subject to the restrictions detailed in the license.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

5.1. Limitation of Liability

Vectorency is not liable for any damages that arise from the use of content, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the event of a breach of contract or negligence, Vectorency’s liability will be limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

5.2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vectorency harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the licensed content, including any misuse or violation of third-party rights.

6. Force Majeure

Vectorency is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by natural disasters, system failures, legal changes, or other unforeseeable events (force majeure). In such cases, Vectorency reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this subscription as necessary.

By subscribing to Vectorency Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply with any part of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription and may lead to further legal actions.
