Physical Products

The physical product license from Vectorency allows users to create and sell physical products using designs downloaded during an active subscription. Below are details on what is permitted and not permitted under this physical product license:

Permitted:

  • Printing Designs: You may download designs and print or transfer them onto physical goods without modification and then sell those physical goods.
  • Modifying Designs: You are also allowed to download designs, modify them, and then sell physical goods printed with the modified designs.
  • Unlimited Sales: You may sell an unlimited number of physical products you create using these designs. However, products must be directly produced by you and cannot be resold in bulk by third parties.
  • Global Sales: Physical goods can be sold worldwide with no time restrictions, provided that they comply with local laws in the countries where they are sold.
  • Gifting Products: You may create physical goods to give away for free to friends or as promotional products.
  • Continued Sales: After your subscription ends, you are still allowed to sell the physical products you made during the active subscription period. However, no modifications or new physical products can be created after the subscription ends.

Not Permitted:

  • Selling Digital Copies: You are not allowed to provide digital copies of the original designs alongside the physical products sold.
  • Modifications After Subscription Ends: After your subscription ends, you may not modify or create new designs to print on physical products for sale, unless the designs were made during the active subscription period. Physical products already produced during the active subscription can continue to be sold, but further alterations are not allowed.

By understanding these rules, you can effectively use the physical product license to create and sell products with designs from Vectorency.
