Premium License

This Premium Access License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Vectorency (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”) governing your access to and use of Vectorency’s premium digital design content under the Premium pricing plan, which includes a Lifetime Access feature.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any Vectorency content under a Premium plan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. DEFINITION OF LIFETIME ACCESS (PREMIUM FEATURE)

“Lifetime Access” refers to continued access to Vectorency’s premium content for as long as the Vectorency platform remains operational, subject to:

• Fair-use limitations
• Daily download limits
• Plan-specific usage rights
• Compliance with this Agreement

Lifetime Access is a feature of the Premium plan and does not constitute ownership of digital files or perpetual, unrestricted rights.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, Vectorency grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use design files strictly in accordance with your selected Premium plan tier.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vectorency.

3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

• Premium access is granted to one individual or one legal entity only.
• Account sharing or team-wide usage is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.
• Vectorency may monitor access to prevent abuse or misuse.

4. CONTENT INCLUDED

Premium Access includes:

• Access to all premium content available at the time of purchase
• Access to future premium content updates
• File formats as listed on individual item pages

Vectorency does not guarantee specific file formats or future availability of particular assets.

5. DAILY DOWNLOAD LIMITS (FAIR USE)

Premium plans include daily download limits to ensure fair use and platform sustainability:

• Premium Starter: 5 downloads/day
• Premium Pro: 20 downloads/day
• Premium Business: 50 downloads/day

Unused downloads do not roll over. Limits reset daily.

Vectorency reserves the right to enforce these limits and take action in cases of abuse or circumvention.

6. GENERAL PERMITTED USES (ALL PREMIUM PLANS)

Unless restricted by your plan tier, you may:

• Use designs for permitted personal or commercial physical products
• Modify designs for production
• Use designs in common manufacturing workflows

7. GENERAL PROHIBITED USES (ALL PREMIUM PLANS)

You may NOT:

• Resell or distribute digital files
• Share files or upload them to third-party repositories
• Claim designs as your own digital assets
• Use files for AI training or datasets
• Register designs as trademarks or logos

8. PREMIUM STARTER PLAN (PERSONAL USE)

Personal use only.

No commercial sales, POD, or client work permitted.

9. PREMIUM PRO PLAN (COMMERCIAL USE)

Permits commercial physical product sales and POD usage. 

Mass-scale industrial exploitation is prohibited.

10. PREMIUM BUSINESS PLAN (ADVANCED COMMERCIAL USE)

Permits unlimited commercial sales, POD, wholesale, and client work (physical products only).

Digital file transfer to clients is prohibited.

11. PRINTABLE FILES

Printable files may only be used for physical products, subject to plan restrictions.
Digital resale is prohibited.

12. OWNERSHIP & IP

All content remains the exclusive property of Vectorency.

13. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Vectorency may suspend or terminate Premium access for violations, abuse, or misuse.

14. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All content is provided “AS IS.”
Liability is limited to the amount paid.

15. UPDATES TO TERMS

Terms may be updated for legal or operational reasons and apply prospectively.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with exclusive jurisdiction in Indonesia.
