These regulations are designed to protect the intellectual property rights of creators, users, and ensure that content is used ethically and legally.

These licenses apply to all digital content downloads on Vectorency, whether used for personal, commercial, or editorial projects. By purchasing or downloading content from Vectorency, you are automatically bound by the relevant license terms depending on the type of content and its usage. Please ensure that you understand the rights and limitations on content use granted to you.

Types of Licenses on Vectorency

Regular License

Permitted:

  • Digital Use – Content can be used for up to 100,000 views.
  • Print Use – Create and sell physical products for up to 100,000 prints.
  • Merchandise Use – Content can be used on up to 100,000 items for resale or up to 100,000 promotional items.
  • Production Use – Content can be used for 1x project with a production budget of up to $10,000.
  • Convert templates into other formats for clients.
  • Use elements to create new designs.

Prohibited:

  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing digital files.
  • Converting font letters or numbers and selling them as separate files.
  • Installing or embedding on third-party platforms.
  • Selling digital files of embroidery designs.
  • Creating derivative digital products without significant modification.

Commercial vs. Non-Commercial Use: The use of content for commercial or non-commercial projects must comply with these licensing terms. Non-commercial use refers to content used in projects that generate no revenue, including but not limited to personal projects, academic research, or social purposes.

Extended License

Permitted:

  • Digital Use – Content can be used without view limitations.
  • Print Use – Create and sell physical products with no print limits.
  • Merchandise Use – Content can be used on items for resale and promotional items with no quantity limit.
  • Production Use – Content can be used for multiple projects with no production budget limits.
  • Convert templates into other formats for clients.
  • Use elements to create new designs.

Prohibited:

  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing digital files.
  • Converting font letters or numbers and selling them as separate files.
  • Installing or embedding on third-party platforms.
  • Selling digital files of embroidery designs.
  • Creating derivative digital products without significant modification.

Commercial vs. Non-Commercial Use: Both commercial and non-commercial uses must adhere to the specified terms.

Editorial License

Assets labeled as editorial can only be used for news purposes and cannot be used for commercial purposes without appropriate permissions.

Premium License

All downloads during the active subscription are covered by this license, allowing use for both physical and digital products.

Permitted:

  • Printing Designs: You may download designs and print or transfer them onto physical items without modification, and then sell the physical items.
  • Modifying Designs: You are also permitted to download designs, modify them, and sell physical items printed with the modified designs.
  • Unlimited Sales: You can sell unlimited copies of the physical items you create with the design.
  • Global Sales: Physical items can be sold worldwide without time limitations.
  • Free Distribution: You can make physical items to give away for free to friends or as promotional products.
  • Continued Sales: After your subscription ends, you are still allowed to sell physical products you’ve made during the active subscription period.

Prohibited:

  • Selling Digital Copies: You are not allowed to provide digital copies of the original design along with the physical products sold.
  • Modification after Subscription Ends: After your subscription ends, you may not modify or create new designs for printing on physical products for sale unless the design was made while the subscription was active.

Print on Demand (POD)

Users are permitted to use products for POD services, either with modifications (Basic POD) or without (Full POD), according to applicable terms.

Sales After Subscription Ends: After the subscription ends, users cannot create new designs using downloaded products, although previously made products can still be sold.

POD Without Modification: For Full POD products, users cannot continue selling files after the subscription ends without making changes.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Vectorency does not make any express or implied warranties that the content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. In the event of an intellectual property dispute, Vectorency's liability is limited to removing the content from the platform and does not include financial compensation for any losses incurred by the user.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of licensed content complies with the applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

Termination of License

Vectorency reserves the right to terminate the license without further notice if the user violates the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon license termination, users are required to cease using the licensed content and remove all copies of the content from their projects or products.

Content Removal

Vectorency may discontinue licensing any content at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of a third-party rights infringement claim, Vectorency may request that users immediately stop using the content and any final products incorporating the content, and ensure that their clients or distributors do the same.
