When verifying your email address or resetting your password, you should receive an email from us. This email is sent to the email address that is linked to your Vectorency account.
If you are not receiving the email, please make sure to
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure Vectorency is on the safe senders list
- Wait at least an hour, as the email might have been delayed
- You are looking at the right email account (see Changing Your Email to check the linked email)
NOTE: You can test if an email is linked to a particular account by entering it at Vectorency Lost Password. If you receive an email to that account, you know it is linked!
